Polymer-modified paving joint sealing compounds for traffic surfaces
Paved traffic surfaces are subject to high stresses caused by traffic loads, weather influences and temperature-related movements. Open or insufficiently sealed paving joints allow water and fine materials to penetrate, which can lead to settlement, edge damage and a reduced service life of the surface.
GusjoinT® develops and supplies polymer-modified, bitumen-based paving joint sealing compounds specifically designed and approved for the durable filling and sealing of joints in paved surfaces. The objective is a stable, elastic joint seal while reliably accommodating movements within the paving structure.

Normative Basis
GusjoinT® paving joint sealing compounds are manufactured and applied in accordance with the German technical regulation TL Fug-StB 25.
This regulation defines the requirements for material properties, performance characteristics and the suitability of joint sealing compounds for use in traffic surface construction.
GusjoinT® Products for Paving Joint Sealing
Hot-applied, polymer-modified paving joint sealing compound​
GusjoinT®-P is a polymer-modified, bitumen-based paving joint sealing compound for the filling and sealing of joints in paved surfaces.
The compound is characterised by excellent adhesion to mineral substrates and very good performance at both high and low temperatures.
Thanks to their optimised formulation, GusjoinT® paving joint sealing compounds are suitable for movements within the paving structure and contribute to the long-term stability of the paved surface.
Application:
Paving joints in traffic surfaces made of natural stone or concrete paving with normal to increased mechanical loads.

Polymer-based primer​
Polymer-based primer for bonding between paving joint flanks and GusjoinT® paving joint sealing compounds.
The use of the primer is mandatory in accordance with TL Fug-StB 25 and ensures compliant execution of paving joint sealing works.

Packaging and On-Site Practice
GusjoinT® paving joint sealing compounds are supplied in siliconised, anti-adhesive coated cardboard packaging.
The packaging enables fast and clean removal of the material directly on site.
